- Sole engineer on the project-management platform, built through 2025.
- Built a designation-scoped permission engine — 31 flags across 12 roles — before any feature shipped.
- Shipped GST-compliant invoicing that resolves IGST against CGST/SGST from GSTIN state codes, fixed at issue time.
- Followed it a year later with an attendance and leave module, once the platform had been in real use long enough to know what it needed.
- Led the CRM backend: a 30-model schema behind an 8-stage pipeline, with refresh-token rotation whose reuse detection drops every session.
- Rewrote AR-Magic solo off MongoDB into a typed monorepo — four apps, four packages, zero downtime.
- Cut per-request database load with cached auth lookups, and fixed a trust-proxy bug that had collapsed every user behind Nginx into one rate-limit bucket.
